With / Without billing address change form

Context

When your customers subscribe to an offer, by default they will be asked to provide their billing address.
This step allows ProAbono to collect the necessary information for generating an invoice. However, if you want to streamline the steps in the subscription tunnel, you can disable the display of this page.

Flow

With the billing address modification form


The form appears when:

The display option is enabled (default behavior) and one of the following conditions is met:

1/ When at least one of the following information is missing:

First and Last Name (for an individual)
Company Name (for a professional)
Address Line 1
Postal Code
City
Country
or

2/ Your customer is not authenticated (unknown to ProAbono)

Note: If all the required fields (mentioned above) are already known to ProAbono, the form will not be displayed to the client during the subscription. This allows for automatic skipping of the form presentation.

If the customer is already created and authenticated but not all the required fields are filled, then the form will be pre-filled with the information available in ProAbono. The customer can then complete, correct, and/or validate them.
On the other hand, if the client does not exist in ProAbono, the form will be displayed completely empty. The customer can directly declare their billing address information through the ProAbono form.

Without the billing address modification form

Attention! Disabling the display provides more flexibility in the integration of the subscription tunnel. However, in order for ProAbono to invoice your customers, you are responsible for providing us with this information. This can be done through the back office interface or simply via API during customer declaration.
