Sometimes a customer may want to change their subscription, for example, when upgrading to a higher version. If your catalog of offers consists of at least two visible offers in the same grid, your customers will be able to change their subscription autonomously from their customer portal.
This article allows you to visualize the sequence of pages that enables your customer to perform their subscription change.
To make this work, you must have completed the following actions beforehand:
- Have integrated the hosted page for offer presentation.
- Have the hosted customer portal page within a page of your application.
