When a subscription has been suspended, either at your initiative or automatically by ProAbono (reason for auto-suspension), your customer has the ability to reactivate it independently from their customer portal.
This article allows you to see the sequence of hosted pages that enable the reactivation of a subscription.
In order for this to work, you must have completed the following actions beforehand:
- Have integrated the hosted page for presenting offers.
- Have integrated the customer portal page within your application.

ProAbono adapts these pages based on the subscription status. This allows for presenting the available actions based on the subscription status.
