Each list in ProAbono provides essential data to manage your SaaS business effectively.
Overview of the List
The Usage Changes list gathers information related to changes in the usage of features within your SaaS solution. It helps you track in detail how your customers are using your services by highlighting changes such as:
- Adding or removing users or licenses.
- Activating or deactivating features or services.
- Consuming or adjusting resources.
Each row in this list displays the following information:
- The customer’s name and reference.
- The subscription linked to the modified feature.
- The name of the feature in question.
- A summary of the change made.
- The modification date.
You can access this list from the left-hand navigation menu in the back office by going to the Subscribers > All lists & exports section.
Available Filters
To simplify the search and analysis of data, the list offers several filters. Here are the main filters available:
- By feature modification date: filters changes based on specific periods (day, week, month, rolling month, 30 rolling days, year, custom dates).
- By feature: selects changes related to a specific feature (e.g., users, licenses, Option A, etc.).
- By customer country: identifies changes based on the customers’ location.
- By segment: refines your analysis based on customer segments.
- By currency: analyzes changes by the currency used (EUR, USD, etc.).
- By offer: explores changes made within the framework of a specific offer.
These filters allow you to refine your results and focus on the most relevant data.
Available Actions
Each list has an “Actions” button for performing operations on the displayed data.
Data Export
Data export is available for each list. You can choose between two export types:
- File Export: export data in CSV or JSON formats for easy integration into your analysis tools (e.g., Excel, databases).
- ProAbono API Export: retrieve data via the API to integrate into your automated workflows.

- Track the evolution of usage for a key feature, such as adding or removing licenses, to anticipate your customers’ needs.
- Export data to analyze resource consumption by country or segment and better adapt your commercial offers.
- Identify customers who frequently activate specific options, enabling you to better target your retention or upsell efforts.
