Each list in ProAbono provides access to essential data for managing your SaaS business.
Overview of the List
The subscription list gathers information related to each active or inactive subscription. It allows you to view and analyze key data to monitor your customers, identify issues, or gain deeper insights into your subscriptions.
Each row represents a subscription with the following details:
- The associated customer,
- The subscription reference,
- The offer linked to the subscription,
- A summary of the subscription status,
- A summary of key dates (start date, due date, last modification),
- The next billing date and the payment method scheduled for the transaction.
You can access this list from the left navigation menu in the back office by navigating to the Subscribers > All lists & exports section.
Available Filters
To facilitate data search and analysis, the subscription list offers several filters. Here are the main available filters:
- By Date: Filters subscriptions by creation date, start date, due date, or last modification date. Date ranges include daily, weekly, monthly, rolling month, rolling 30 days, yearly, or custom dates.
- By Customer Country: Select subscriptions based on the customer’s country.
- By Segment: Filters by predefined segments for your customers.
- By Currency: EUR, USD, or other used currencies.
- By Offer: Filters based on the offer linked to the subscription.
- By Subscription Status: Active, canceled, suspended, etc.
- By Payment Method: Credit card, SEPA direct debit, bank transfer, check, cash, etc.
- In Trial Period or Not: Refines results based on whether the subscription is in a trial period or not.
These filters help refine results and focus only on relevant information.
Available Actions
Each list includes an “Actions” button to perform operations on the displayed data.
Data Export
Data export is available for every list. You can choose between two export types:
- File Export: Export data in CSV or JSON formats for easy integration into your analysis tools (e.g., Excel, databases).
- Export via the ProAbono API: Retrieve data via the API for integration into your automated workflows.
