Each list in ProAbono provides essential data to manage your SaaS business effectively.
Overview of the list
The invoices list gathers information about the invoices issued for your customers. It allows you to review and analyze key data to monitor your billing, identify potential payment issues, or gain deeper insights into your customers’ behaviors.
You can access this list from the back office’s left navigation menu, under the section Invoices & Payments > All lists & exports.
Available filters
To facilitate data search and analysis, the list offers several filters. Here are the main available filters:
- By date: filters invoices by issue date or payment date. You can choose predefined periods (day, week, month, rolling month, rolling 30 days, year) or specify custom dates.
- By customer country: displays invoices based on your customers’ countries.
- By segment: segments invoices to target specific customer groups.
- By currency: filters invoices by the currency used (EUR, USD, etc.).
- By invoice status: displays invoices with a specific status (settled, disputed, overdue, refunded, etc.).
- By payment method: filters invoices by the payment method used (credit card, wire transfer, SEPA direct debit, etc.).
- With or without taxes: filters invoices based on whether taxes are applied.
These filters help refine results and focus only on relevant information.

Each list has an “Actions” button to perform operations on the displayed data.
- Download invoice PDFs: Generate and download a ZIP file containing all invoices in PDF format for archiving or sharing with your customers or accountant.
