Each list in ProAbono provides access to essential data for managing your SaaS business.
Overview of the list
The Dashboard Details list (Dashboard) gathers information about the customers contributing to the SaaS Dashboard for a given month. Each row in the list represents a customer and their MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue). It allows you to monitor monthly performance, identify changes in your customer base, and analyze contributions to your key metrics.
You can access this list from the left navigation menu in the backoffice by going to the Invoices & Payments > All lists & exports section.
Available filters
To facilitate data search and analysis, the list offers several filters. Here are the main filters available:
- By metric: Select customers based on their impact on specific indicators such as Active Customers, New Customers, Lost Customers, MRR, New MRR, or Lost MRR.
- By segment: Filter customers according to the segments defined in your configuration, such as customer type, customer size, geographic region, etc.
- By month: Display data for a specific month to analyze monthly variations.
These filters allow you to refine results and focus only on the information relevant to your analysis.
Available actions
Each list includes an Actions button to perform operations on the displayed data.
Data export
Data export is available for each list. You can choose between two types of export:
- File export: Export data in CSV or JSON formats for easy integration into your analysis tools (e.g., Excel, databases).
- Export via the ProAbono API: Retrieve data via the API to integrate it into your automated workflows.
Examples and use cases
Here are some examples of how to use the Dashboard Details list:
- Tracking active customers: Identify customers who have contributed to keeping your MRR stable or growing to evaluate the loyalty of your customer base.
- Analyzing new customers: View recently acquired customers and their impact on your metrics, such as New MRR.
- Identifying lost customers: Analyze customers who have left your platform to understand the reasons for revenue loss (Lost Customers and Lost MRR).
- Analyzing high-performing segments: Filter data by segment to identify the most profitable customer groups over a given period.
