Each list in ProAbono provides access to essential data for managing your SaaS business.
Overview of the List
The Customers list gathers information related to your customers. It allows you to review and analyze key data to monitor your customers, identify issues, or gain deeper insights into your business activities.
Each row in this list represents a customer and includes the following information:
- The customer’s name,
- Their reference number,
- Their postal address,
- Their status (active or inactive),
- A summary of the main dates associated with the customer,
- The date of the next billing,
- The payment method used for the next invoice collection.
You can access this list from the left-hand navigation menu in the back office, under the Subscribers > All lists & exports section.
Available Filters
To facilitate data search and analysis, the list offers several filters. Below are the main filters available:
- By date: creation date or last modification date, with options such as day, week, month, rolling month, rolling 30 days, year, or a custom date range.
- By country: the customer’s country of origin.
- By segment: custom segmentation to analyze specific groups of customers.
- By currency: the currency used by the customer (EUR, USD, etc.).
- By customer status: active or inactive.
- By payment method: the method used by the customer for payments (credit card, SEPA direct debit, bank transfer, check, cash, etc.).
- Based on whether the customer is billable or not.
These filters help narrow down results and focus only on relevant information.
Available Actions
Each list includes an “Actions” button to perform operations on the displayed data.
Data Export
Data export is available for the Customers list. You can choose between two types of export:
- File export: export data in CSV or JSON format for easy integration into your analysis tools (e.g., Excel, databases).
- Export via the ProAbono API: retrieve data via the API to integrate it into your automated workflows.
Examples and Use Cases
Here are a few examples of how to use the Customers list:
- Export customers from a specific segment for a targeted marketing campaign, such as users of a particular currency or from a specific country.
- Compare customers within a specific segment (e.g., small businesses) based on their payment methods to optimize collection terms or offer tailored alternatives.
- Identify non-billable customers to pinpoint accounts requiring intervention, such as adding a payment method or resolving administrative issues.
