Each list in ProAbono provides access to essential data for managing your SaaS business.
Overview of the List
The Interrupted Subscriptions list gathers information about subscriptions that have been stopped, regardless of the reason. It allows you to review and analyze key data regarding these interruptions to monitor trends, identify potential causes, and implement corrective or preventive actions.
You can access this list from the left navigation menu in the backoffice by going to the Subscribers > All lists & exports section.
Available Filters
To facilitate data search and analysis, the Interrupted Subscriptions list offers several filters. Here are the main filters available:
- By date: interruption date, with sorting options by day, week, month, rolling month, last 30 days, year, or custom dates.
- By customers’ country: to target interruptions based on the location of customers.
- By segment: to analyze interruptions within specific segments.
- By currency: to sort interrupted subscriptions by currencies (EUR, USD, etc.).
- By offer: to identify interruptions associated with specific offers.
- By subscription status: to filter by interruption statuses.
- By customers’ payment method: to analyze interruptions based on payment methods used (credit card, SEPA direct debit, bank transfer, etc.).
- Trial or not: to distinguish subscriptions interrupted during a trial period or not.
These filters help refine results and focus on relevant information.
Available Actions
Each list includes an Actions button to perform operations on the displayed data.
Data Export
Data export is available for each list. You can choose between two types of export:
- File export: Export data in CSV or JSON formats for easy integration into your analysis tools (e.g., Excel, databases).
- Export via the ProAbono API: Retrieve data via the API to integrate it into your automated workflows.
