Each list in ProAbono provides access to essential data for managing your SaaS business.
Overview of the List
The Subscriptions Interrupted Soon list gathers information about customer subscriptions approaching an interruption. It helps supervise ongoing cancellations, anticipate interruptions to take preventive actions, and gain deeper insights into the reasons behind these situations.
Each row presents a subscription with the following information:
- The associated customer (name and reference).
- The subscription name.
- A summary of the subscription status and the reason for the upcoming interruption.
You can access this list from the left navigation menu in the backoffice, by going to the Subscribers > All lists & exports section.
Available Filters
To facilitate data search and analysis, the list provides several filters. Here are the main filters available:
- By period expressed in days: displays only the customers billed within this period (e.g., in the next 10 days).
- By reason for interruption: includes reasons such as Suspended (no valid payment method), Suspended (payment default), Terminated, or Canceled.
- By customer country: filters by geographic location.
- By segment: targets specific customer segments.
- By currency: EUR, USD, or any other currency used.
- By offer: selects subscriptions associated with specific offers.
- By subscription status: distinguishes active, suspended, or canceling subscriptions.
- By customer payment method: filters by payment method (credit card, SEPA direct debit, bank transfer, etc.).
- In trial period: includes or excludes subscriptions in the trial period.
These filters allow you to refine the results and focus only on relevant information.
Available Actions
Each list includes an Actions button to perform operations on the displayed data.
Data Export
Data export is available for each list. You can choose between two types of export:
- File Export: export data in CSV or JSON formats for easy integration into your analysis tools (e.g., Excel, databases).
- Export via the ProAbono API: retrieve data through the API to integrate it into your automated workflows.
Examples and Use Cases
Here are some examples of how to use the Subscriptions Interrupted Soon list:
- Anticipating interruptions due to invalid payment methods: identify suspended subscriptions due to the absence of a valid payment method and remind your customers to update their payment information.
- Analyzing cancellation reasons: export data to identify recurring reasons for interruptions and adjust your subscription or retention strategy.
- Monitoring active subscriptions close to the billing period: ensure that your customers in the trial period convert to active subscriptions.
