Each list in ProAbono provides essential data for managing your SaaS business.
Overview of the List
The Automated Transactions list gathers information about transactions automatically generated by your ProAbono solution. It includes key data such as the customer reference, the associated invoice number, and the transaction reference in the payment solution used.
This information is particularly useful for accountants, especially for bank reconciliation, as it allows for precise and quick identification and verification of each transaction.
You can access this list from the left navigation menu in the backoffice, under the section Invoices & Payments > All lists & exports.
Available Filters
To simplify data search and analysis, the Automated Transactions list offers several filters. Here are the main available filters:

- By customer country: to view transactions associated with customers in a specific country.
- By segment: to analyze transactions based on defined segments.

Examples and Use Cases
Here are some examples of how to use the Automated Transactions list:
- Identify payment anomalies: an accountant uses this list to quickly identify failed transactions and understand the reasons, thereby facilitating the management of payment issues.
- Analyze payment gateway performance: the finance team exports transaction data to analyze the performance of various payment gateways (e.g., comparing success rates between Stripe and GoCardless).
- Facilitate bank reconciliation: an accountant uses the list of transactions to reconcile data with the company’s bank statements, verifying amounts, invoices, and transaction numbers to ensure accuracy.
