Each list in ProAbono provides essential data for managing your SaaS business.
Overview of the list
The Deferred Incomes list gathers information related to invoice lines that require allocation across different fiscal periods. It allows you to set a fiscal period date to prorate amounts allocated to periods N and N+1.
Each line in the list displays the following information:
- an associated invoice line,
- the invoice number,
- the net amount (excluding tax) of the line,
- the amounts allocated to fiscal periods N and N+1, respectively.
You can access this list from the left navigation menu in the back office by going to the Invoices & Payments > All lists & exports section.
Available filters
To simplify data search and analysis, the list offers several filters. Here are the main ones:
- By fiscal period end date: select a fiscal period end date to display only the relevant lines.
- By segment: filter data based on the segments defined for your customers or offers.
- By country: target lines based on the country associated with the invoice.
- By currency: choose a specific currency (e.g., EUR, USD).
- By offer: focus on invoices corresponding to a particular offer.
These filters allow you to refine the results and focus only on relevant information.
Available actions
Each list includes an “Actions” button for performing operations on the displayed data.
Data export
Data export is available for this list. You can choose between two types of export:
- File export: export data in CSV or JSON formats for easy integration into your analysis tools (e.g., Excel, databases).
- Export via the ProAbono API: retrieve data via the API for integration into your automated workflows.
