Context
Sometimes, a customer may want to change their subscription plan. For example, they might want to upgrade to a higher-tier offer that better suits their needs or to accommodate the growth of their business.
These changes can be made independently by the customer from the “Subscription” section of their customer portal.
However, this action can also be performed by one of your agents from the back office.
When you perform this action on behalf of your customer, you can allow them to validate the change. In that case, you need to retrieve a validation link to send to the client so they can confirm the change themselves.
You can redirect the client to:

- The offer presentation page (accessible by clicking the action button for changing the offer from the customer portal)
- A specific offer
- An already created subscription
Note: If you don’t want to allow the customer to change their offer at any time, you can choose to disable the associated button.
