How to delete a discount ?

If you want to learn more about discounts.

Procedure

Attention! A discount can only be deleted if there are no active subscriptions associated with it and it is not present in any offers in your catalog. In fact, if either of these two conditions is not met, deletion is not possible.

1) Access the dedicated section

  • Click on the “Catalog” button from the main menu.
  • Click on the “Discounts” button

2) Open the detailed page of the discount

Once on the page listing all your discounts:

  • Click on the relevant discount

3) Open the deletion form

  • Open the “Action” menu
  • Click on the “Delete” button

4) Delete the Discount

A verification will be performed to inform you whether you can delete the discount or not.
2 possibilities:

  • There are subscriptions that use this discount, you cannot delete it.

OR

  • No active subscription uses this discount, you can delete it.

5) Confirm

Simply click on “Delete” to finalize the deletion.
If everything went well, the deleted discount will no longer be available on the page listing your discounts.
