Context
When your customers subscribe to an offer, they may encounter the feature customization page, where they can personalize the features, options, or services included in the selected offer.
The display of this page is linked to the configuration of the features that make up the chosen offer. By default, when you add a feature to an offer, it is never editable before subscription. In other words, your customers cannot customize the offer they select based on their needs.
However, if your offer contains at least one feature that can be customized before subscription, then the offer customization page will be present in the subscription workflow. In other words, to hide the customization page, your offer must not contain any features that can be edited before subscription.

Configuration
Step 1: Go to the offer modification page for which you do not want to display the customization page.
Step 2: Modify the configuration of each feature as follows:
- Edit the feature by answering the question “Can the customer activate/disable it from the hosted pages?” with:
- Never (If you want your customer to never be able to customize their offer)
- After subscription, in the customer portal (If you want your customer to be unable to customize their offer, only during the subscription process)
If your offer does not contain any features that can be edited before subscription, the page will not be presented.
With the offer customization page
Configuration
Step 1: Go to the offer modification page for which you want to display the customization page.
Step 2: Modify the configuration of each feature as follows:
- Edit the feature by answering the question “Can the customer activate/disable it from the hosted pages?” with:
- At the time of subscription (If you want your customer to be able to customize their offer, only during the subscription process)
- At the time of subscription and later in the Customer Portal (If you want your customer to be able to customize their offer at any time)
If your offer contains at least one feature that can be edited before subscription, the page will be presented.
