As part of a broader project around electronic invoicing reform, we are releasing a major update of our hosted pages (customer portal and subscription pages).
1️⃣ Benefits
These hosted pages are now 10 years old, and technology has evolved a lot since then. It was time for an upgrade. The new version brings improvements and new features:
- Better performance
- Address autocompletion for billing details
- VAT number verification (for B2B customers)
- Price display in Excl. tax or Incl. tax
- Ability to force customers into B2B or B2C mode
- New offer presentation: grid layout
- New in-site integration method, without an iframe
2️⃣ Migration
We’ve done our best to ensure backward compatibility with this new version. However, a few elements may require action from your technical team:
- If you are using URL redirections,
- If you customized the CSS,
- If you customized the texts.
All these points are detailed in the Migration Guide.
3️⃣ Timeline
December 1st, 2025
- This new version is available for accounts in Sandbox mode.
- New accounts are automatically using the new version.
January 1st, 2026
- Mandatory migration for all Sandbox environments.
February 1st, 2026
- Mandatory migration for all Production environments.
Why these deadlines?
The current hosted pages do not allow us to fully meet all the requirements imposed by the switch to electronic invoicing. We want all our users to move to the new version as soon as possible to move on to the next stage.
We rarely roll out major updates, but this one is worth it.
This new version is the result of several months of hard work and 10 years of experience in subscription management.
The new in-site integration mode is a real improvement to the user experience, and we strongly recommend it.
