How to restart a subscription ?

There are 2 ways to restart or un-suspend a subscription:

  1. from the backoffice
  2. with the API

After a subscription has been suspended, it is possible to restart/un-suspend it. Only suspended subscription can be restarted. A terminated subscription can NOT be restarted.

Notice: After the restart of the subscription will be “Running” again. A Renewal will be performed by ProAbono if the Restart happens after the end of the last running period.

Example : Subscription 5 has a valid subscription period until the November 1st 2021.

  • If the restart happens before the November 1st 2021, a renewal will be proceed by ProAbono. no renewal will be proceed by ProAbono. ProAbono will wait until the 23th to renew subscription 42.
  • If the restart happens after the November 1st 2021, no renewal will be proceed by ProAbono. ProAbono will wait until the January 1st 2022  to renew subscription 5.

1 – How to Restart a Subscription from the Backoffice

On the detailed page of a Subscription, click on “Action” button.

Then click on the “Restart” button.

2 – How to Restart a Subscription with the API 

Suspending a Subscription can be done with the following request :

POST /v1/Subscription/{IdSubscription}/Start
