There are 2 ways to restart or un-suspend a subscription:
- from the backoffice
- with the API
After a subscription has been suspended, it is possible to restart/un-suspend it. Only suspended subscription can be restarted. A terminated subscription can NOT be restarted.
Notice: After the restart of the subscription will be “Running” again. A Renewal will be performed by ProAbono if the Restart happens after the end of the last running period.
Example : Subscription 5 has a valid subscription period until the November 1st 2021.
- If the restart happens before the November 1st 2021, a renewal will be proceed by ProAbono. no renewal will be proceed by ProAbono. ProAbono will wait until the 23th to renew subscription 42.
- If the restart happens after the November 1st 2021, no renewal will be proceed by ProAbono. ProAbono will wait until the January 1st 2022 to renew subscription 5.

On the detailed page of a Subscription, click on “Action” button.
Then click on the “Restart” button.
