The Customer Care Section appears :

  1. at the bottom of the Customer Portal,
  2. at the bottom of each of your invoices.

How to update the Customer Care Section

To edit this section, in the backoffice of ProAbono,

  • go to “Settings” section > Segment Settings
  • Tab “My service/site”
  • Button “Actions” (On the Top Right of the page) -> Update.
