Context
Once you have created your first offers and started your first subscriptions, you may need to modify certain elements related to your active subscriptions.
The actions you can perform when modifying a subscription are based on the following elements:
- General information that identifies your subscription
- Name (internal)
- Title (displayed on customer invoices)
- Technical reference
- Pricing of the subscription
- Fixed amount
- Termination fees
- Feature fees
- Periodicity, minimum commitment
- Adding discounts
All subscription-related information is accessible and editable from the “Subscriptions & Invoices” section of your ProAbono back office.
1. Procedure
1) Go to the Subscriptions & Invoices section.
- Click on the “Subscribers” button from the left menu.
- Select the relevant subscription.
2) Access the modification form
- Click on the “Actions” button on the detailed subscription page where you want to make the modifications.
3) Make the desired modifications.
- Once in the subscription edit menu, you will have access to the existing content and can modify, add, or remove its components.
4) Save the modifications
- Simply click on the “Save” button at the bottom of the page to apply your modifications.

You can also use the API to modify your subscriptions.
