Context
When you have created or imported your first customers, you may need to modify certain information related to them. All customers informations can be modified using the modification form accessible from the customer profile.
Attention! Certain data related to customers, such as billing address or payment method, are critical for proper billing management.
Procedure
1) Select the relevant customer
- Click on “Subscribers” from the left menu.
- Then click on the search bar to find your customer.
2) Open the modification form.
Once on the customer profile:
- Open the (chevron) menu.
- Click on the “Edit” button.
3) Apply your changes
Once on the modification form:
4) Save your modifications
- Don’t forget to click on the “Save” button at the bottom of the page to confirm your changes.
