A customer can be created/declared :
- Using the Backoffice,
- or Using the API.
1 – From the Backoffice
To create/declare a customer, simply click on the “+” button next to the search bar.
You will then access the cascading form to create your customer which allows you to fill in all the information about your customer :
Name & first name
Customer reference
Billing address
Country
E-mail address
Phone
etc..
The last step is to inform ProAbono of your customer’s billing information:
Automatic billing or not
Payment method
All you have to do now is to save the creation of your customer.
Now you can find your customer in the list of all your customers.
