Modify the recipient or buyer of a subscription

It is not possible to modify the recipient or the buyer of an existing subscription in ProAbono.
This technical choice ensures the consistency of billing-related data (proration calculations, VAT, customer access rights, etc.).

Procedure

If you need to correct the purchaser or beneficiary of a subscription, the procedure is:

1. Terminate the existing subscription. You can schedule the termination at its term if you want the service to remain active until the end of the current period.
2. Create a new subscription with the correct beneficiary and purchaser.

This method ensures continuity of the billing cycle and access rights.
