Deleting a segment is a definitive and therefore irreversible action.
This action is only possible when you are in Sandbox mode.
In other words, it is not possible to delete a segment for a business in production.
If you have a segment called “Dummy data”, you can delete it yourself from the backoffice home page.
Click on the “Test with dummy data” button and then on the “Delete dummy data” button.
The deletion process may take 1 to 2 minutes. Please be patient.
To delete a segment other than “Dummy data”, please contact ProAbono support.
