Send New Customers from ProAbono to Google Sheets using Zapier

ProAbono can be connected to thousands of applications with Zapier.
In the case, we will send all New Customers from ProAbono to Google Sheets.

Prerequisite

Here is our sheet. The name of this document is up to you.

Then name your column. It is important to name your columns because in zapier you will be easier to match your customer data and the column of the Google Sheets.

Move the line just above line 1 to below line 1.

 

Starting on Zapier

1 – Create a Zap

 

2 – Select ProAbono

 

 

 

3 – Choose the Trigger “Customer Added”

 

Click “Continue” button.

4 – Set up or select your ProAbono’s account

If you set up ProAbono for the first time a zap on your Zapier account, Zapier will show you only a button “Connect a New Account”.

Please the procedure how to connect a New Account on Zapier. 

 

Your ProAbono’s account has been added. Click “Continue” button.

 

2 possibilities :

  • Click on “Skip Test” and you will go directly to the Google Sheets configuration. Zapier will use fake new customer data.
  • Click on “Test Trigger” and Zapier will wait until you create a new customer from the ProAbono’s API or ProAbono’s backoffice.

Configuring Google Sheets

1 – Connect your Google account

2 – Set up Google Sheets

In the step 2 of the Zap, select the app Google Sheets and then choose Action “Create Spreadsheet Row”.

 

 

3 – Select your Spreadsheet, the worksheet*

When the worksheet has been selected, several fields appear. They match to the columns in the spreadsheet.

 

 

 

When the form has been filled in, click on the “Continue” button.

 

In the new screen, Zapier shows you the test data.

 

Click “Test & Continue” then Activate your zap with “Trun on Zap” button
