1/ Prerequisites
If you have not already done so, start by connecting your ProAbono account to the Zapier application.

Subscriptions:
Send Microsoft Teams messages when new subscriptions start in ProAbono.
Set up this Zap to instantly know whenever you have a new ProAbono subscription. Effortlessly track and share new subscriptions in the Microsoft Teams channel of your choice.
Send Microsoft Teams messages when a customer wants to cancel their subscription at the end of the term in ProAbono
Insert this Zap in your workflow and you will be notified every time a customer decides to cancel their subscription at the end of the current period. A Microsoft Teams message will be created in the channel of your choice.
Invoices:
Looking to notify your team on different billing related events like invoice status changes in ProAbono?
Use these zaps to automatically send a Microsoft Teams notification to the appropriate room whenever a new invoice changes to the statuses:
