Why connect ProAbono and Google Chat with Zapier?

Procedure
1/ Prerequisites
If you have not already done so, start by connecting your ProAbono account to the Zapier application.

2/ Choose one of the templates
Click on one of the templates listed below to start setting up Zaps and automating your actions between ProAbono and Google Chat.
Subscriptions:
Send Google Chat messages when new subscriptions start in ProAbono.
Set up this Zap to instantly know whenever you have a new ProAbono subscription. Effortlessly track and share new subscriptions in the Google Chat room of your choice.
Send Google Chat messages when a customer wants to cancel their subscription at the end of the term in ProAbono
Insert this Zap in your workflow and you will be notified every time a customer decides to cancel their subscription at the end of the current period. A Google Chat message will be created in the space of your choice.
Invoices:
Looking to notify your team about different billing related events like invoice status changes in ProAbono?
Use these zaps to automatically send a Google Chat notification to the appropriate room whenever a new invoice changes to the statuses:
- “Overdue”
- “Disputed”
- “Failed to pay automatically”
