Procedure
1/ Prerequisites
If you have not already done so, start by connecting your ProAbono account to the Zapier application.

2/ Choose one of the templates
Invoices :
Send Gmail emails for new ProAbono invoices
Send directly by email all the invoices created in ProAbono to the recipient of your choice (accounting team or to another team in your company).
Send emails via Gmail when new invoices are disputed in ProAbono
Insert this Zap into your workflow and every time an invoice is disputed, it will automatically be sent in an email that you customize.
Send emails via Gmail for new ProAbono invoices in “overdue” status
Looking to notify your team or clients when a new invoice is overdue in ProAbono? Use this zap to automatically send an email whenever a new invoice goes to “overdue status”.
Send emails via Gmail when automatic re-debit attempts fail for ProAbono invoices
Quickly and easily notify your customers or team when all auto-debit attempts related to an invoice have failed. A message will be sent via Gmail with all the details of your choice whenever the status of an invoice is “Failed Autodebit”.
Subscriptions:
Send emails via Gmail when a request is made in ProAbono to terminate a subscription at renewal.
Use this zap and be notified automatically every time a customer wants to cancel their subscription at the end of the year. This integration connects ProAbono to Gmail to send emails to and effortlessly track when the status of a new subscription is “Completed at renewal.”
