When your service targets customers with different native languages, you must display all your content in the language of yours customers. With ProAbono is quite easy, just add all languages you want.
There are many ways to add a language :
- from the “Hosted Pages” section (aka Customer Portal)
- from the “texts & translations of an Offer
- from the “texts & translations of a Feature
When a new language is added, the language will be available for your features, offers, customer portal. No matter how you add a language.
1 – from the “Hosted Pages” section (aka Customer Portal)
From the backoffice, Menu “Hosted Pages”, Submenu “Design”, in the Language Dropdown list , click “Add”.
Then check the language. And click “Apply Now”.
2 – from the “texts & translations of an Offer
From the backoffice, Menu “Offers & Features”, Submenu “Offers”, select an Offer.
Click on the “Action” button on the right and then click on “Texts & Translations”.
In the Language Dropdown list , click “Add”.
Then check the language. And click “Apply Now”.

3 – from the “texts & translations of a Feature
From the backoffice, Menu “Offers & Features”, Submenu “Features”, select a Feature.
Click on the “Action” button on the right and then click on “Texts & Translations”.
In the Language Dropdown list , click “Add”.
Then check the language. And click “Apply Now”.
